Shipping & Refund Policy
1. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. 2. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and courier company, We usually dispatch most orders within 2-4 business days. 3. Order is usually delivered within 7 business days, but time of delivery vary from state to state. 4. Product delivery may take a bit longer due to any logistics and courier partners issue. 5. You will receive the invoice of your product, inside the package and label on the package too. 6. Your order maybe dispatched from different warehouses, so no need to worry it is to make it available to you easily. Rest, you will only have to pay shipping/ COD charger if applicable, as soon as you receive your package.


Payment Policy
We accept online orders through COD or Prepaid. For Prepaid orders, we accept Visa, Master Card & American Express Debit and Credit Cards. Please note for Visa and Master Cards, you will be required to submit your 16-digit card number, card expiry date, and a 3-digit CVV Number (on the back of your card) when you make an online transaction using your Credit or Debit Card. If the amount has been deducted from your account, but you haven’t received a confirmation from us, you can reach out to our customer care team at support@belleorganics.in and provide the following information: Transaction Ref Number Registered Email ID and Phone Number from which order was placed Date & Time of Transaction


Refund Policy
We may ask for some proof before initiating a refund. Prepaid orders will take 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. You will receive an Email when the refund has been initiated into your account. Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfers and may take 7-8 business days to reflect in your account.


Cancellation Policy
Orders once ‘fulfilled’ or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order before it is ‘fulfilled’, please Email us at support@belleorganics.in with a valid reason for order cancellation.
